    Now they want to take penalty rates away, doesn't real wages growth stimulate spending. If real wages decline economic recovery will stall eventually as the effect of low interest rates diminish. I though the productivity commission was looking into productivity. If Australia's answer to rising unemployment is to lower wages and create a few extra positions in a cafe on a Sunday we are truely screwed. Fudge the books to take the australian people for a ride. This government should come clean and say we don't know what to do and quit.
