paladin still a great buy

  1. A good buying opportunity at a discount of 23.5 % for PDN at present. PDN has dropped 0.04 cents from its high of 0.17 on Wednesday last. There is no doubt there has been profit taking (why not lock in the large profits that some folks undoubtedly made? – so long as you can get in again at a better price), but the On Balance Volume still managed to rise by 557 yesterday, indicating that people are still piling into the stock. And why not? There is a projected shortfall of something like 30% of uranium demand and there has been no sign of any weakening of that demand. Moreover, as was mentioned yesterday by Siameseparrot, with its projected output of 2 million pounds of uranium from just the first two of its projects, Langer Heinrich and Kayelekera, PDN moves into fifth place in terms of the worlds largest producers. And, as Eildon2k has just posted, the spot price as of 23 March has risen again, to US$17.50 a pound. Where’s the downside?

All of the above is my own opinion only and anyone contemplating purchasing the stock mentioned should first do their own due diligence. I hold PDN.
