after receiving an email to confirm my shipping address without a date of expected delivery three weeks ago I contacted Nuheara
Four days from my email inquiry I'm advised theres ANOTHER 6 - 8 weeks from NOW to wait. So a total of 9-11 weeks from the address confirmation
My pre order was actually made on 8th of Feb so how many units have actually been made thus far I wonder? Maybe 2000 units would be a reasonable guess
I'm hoping customer cares answer is incorrect or all those orders through DTC channel are not going to be disappointed by the stated delivery along with the Walgreens customers expecting - was it three week delivery?
You can only blame COVID for so much especially when Nuheara stated they have secured supplies for the manufacture of 6000 units back in April
I won't be cancelling my order but I have no more shares to sell and at the moment I won't be buying more until this backlog starts to seriously move
