    I am a user of OPTUS cable for years. From today, it appears, OPTUS Cable has changed its monitoring system. Before it used to reset usage fortnightly now it is monthly. Meter shows I have already used 3% of my 3gB monthly quota and not half a day gone. Is anyone experiencing such a vast difference? What will happen in a fortnight's time??
