Looking at the company press release there are some key elements:
A commitment to a South African IO operation by June. Due diligence completed so assume that it is a credible business venture
CFE retains tenement E47 1494 which they estimate will yield $300M but as it is undrilled this is not able to be verified
Company declares a shareholder return of $100M when the chinese deal goes through in June
Okay these statements raise some questions and I am interested in some logical thought on each...
Point one. SA operation. Must be a significant move that has been planned for some time as due diligence has been completed. Any thoughts on likely outcomes?
Point Two. Has anyone researched this tenement and ist proximity to other operations or yield? Any information?
Point Three. Estimations on shareholder yield vary between .35 - .21c. How does this work? Is it paid as a dividend?
Just trying to sort out a hold strategy on this one as there is too many unknowns to make a reasonable judgement.
