The ol' CST is looking a bit lost and unloved atm?

Buy depth is horrible and has been developing a nasty downward momentum. Is this the dark before the dawn?

Is the US military more concerned about a piece of schrapnel through servicemens lungs than a hazy shadow?

Is this stock a bargain ?

imo a close below $1.28 would not be considered good news but its at the top of my biotech watchlist as a potential buy. Thoughts anyone?
