GTT Ventures shell priced as a micro cap that raised $1.58m to insiders on the 23rd of October, roughly 6 weeks ago. They have flagged that they are actively hunting a U.S rare earths acquisition and have been searching for close to 2 months.

GTT Ventures was the lead manager to the capital raise 6 weeks ago. The executive chairman of OM1, Patrick Glovac, is also the executive director of GTT Ventures.

History says GTT very rarely miss with these mining deals and I am confident the acquisition will be A+


They achieved their first lot of 6.625m performance rights and will be gunning for their next lot with an average VWAP of 3c and above for at least 20 consecutive days. I imagine they believe this will be achieved once the acquisition is announced.

Currently below placement price on very low volume, this is an excellent opportunity to get set at or below the same price as insiders/sophs for the looming U.S acquisition.

As mentioned in a previous post, one of the more recent rare earth acquisitions (PNN) went from 20c pre acquisition and touched 30.5c within a week, a 50% uplift.

At a current $5m market cap, there is a lot of room for OM1 to move from here. Having already been actively searching for an acquisition for close to 2 months, I believe it could be here prior to Xmas, or early in the New Year

I have a personal target of 4c post acquisition/news, which would still only be a $10m market cap.
