oil prices - how low can they go?

With a US friendly government in IRAQ and eventual full oil production, how low can oil prices go?

I suspect $15-$18/BLL before high cost producers start to hurt and a floor is found.

It all depends on how well the US manages IRAQ after the battle. If Afghanistan is any indication, probably not too well.

Continued low oil prices will force oil producing countries to pressure the new IRAQI regime to rejoin OPEC, especially other islamic countries. The US will try to stop this, which will build tensions in the gulf. We all know Saudi is the US' preferred next enemy?

Low oil prices should help kick start the US and world economies and hopfully an increase in demand?
