Some learned person said here some weeks ago that re-entry costs to Jurek could be paid through production offset if the wells went into production.
Many scoffed at this and enjoyed buffoonery at his expense!!
Now I have read in an Oil Journal (cant remember which..blast!) that this route is not uncommon where a company wishes to exercise its rights and resume it's % ownership and compensate sole premiums.
I guess this method of payment would have to be at the agreement of the sole operator..Santos?
