Not sure if you agreed but the SYR Ann of today is a massive plus for the rest of the other graphite resource companies. The agreement is not only for Chalieco own use but also an exclusive distributorship for China markets which means SYR will not be able supply to any other companies there but through them (Chalieco). This perhaps explains the reason why it took SYR so long to announce an off take - anyone producer will not want to have its hand tied and the exclusive distributorship maybe seen as a negative.

This completely opens up the Chinese markets for TON and others. Granted some graphite users will buy off Chalieco but if one is a competitor they will never do so unless there are no better choices. But they do have a choice - TON!

Today's off take confirms Balama / MOZ graphite is acceptable and demand is across various sizes. Any competitor of SYR wanting to seek alternative supplier able to supply similar quality at varying quantity will take definitely look at TON. From a business point of view, the psychology of Chinese businesses is not to "lose out" and this maybe a start of signing up graphite supply deals before someone else grabs it. FOMO by the Chinese buyers!

I think we will be seeing the upturn for TON, very soon.

    All own opinion. DYOR
