What do we know from consensus and management guidance
1. Market is assuming 41% revenue growth per guidance.
2. EBITDA margins are expected to be flat on H2 2018 as the Company ramps up marketing spend
And what do we know now - a few weeks on from last guidance
Pretty simple maths
1. The export data released last week shows IF growth of 51.7% (Well above 41%)
2. Assume Aussie white milk growing maybe 10%
3. USA start to get the benefit of the Costco roll out resulting in say 150% growth (Don't know what market is looking for)
4. Like prior periods margins are generally higher than forecasts
So next update
Higher sales
Bigger margins
EPS upgrades
Next year rolling revenue forecasts higher due to greater marketing spend
RESULT : Higher share price
More EPS upgrades
RESULT : Higher share price
