I too thought we were around a 70% chance of landing the funding so surprised to the downside that GLE wasn’t included. When a market is big and potentially lucrative we have to expect competition - like moths to the flame. I rate the General Matter threat higher than others as their sole and specific target is both our tails and our enrichment customers. And I don’t like the Thiel/Trump tie up.
Scott’s cockiness about dominating LEU and owning HALEU either means he is trying to be “Tump-esque” (and doing that poorly) or knows they have dominant tech. His head suggests the former.
