Seems to me the science is getting on top of more and more of these regional impacts, You are entitled to an opinion as are skeptics

...as well as improving their modelling and observations of the various ocean oscillations another opinion.

They know greenhouse gasses will warm, overall, but there are complex local variabilities. In other words we dont know but this "complex variability" statement will explain the EMPIRICAL SCIENCE for us.  LOL

The last twenty years or more of research has allowed the science to have a much better observations and understanding of those regional and local effects. Yes in other words (my opinion) you have stated the last twenty years have got you no closer to understanding what on the heck is happening.

Lets finish of with EMPIRCAL science stating that the POLAR regions will be the first regions on earth to notice the effects of increased GREENHOUSE gases?

When you guys get that sorted out mjp.  Come back and try again please
