novus is close to 52 week low

With high oil prices, at $1.05 Novus is getting close to it's year low of $1.00.
I just read recent announcements and they read OK. Expecting increased production and sales and they have some good prospects. Apart from the seldown by AMP and PPT everything else indicates a healthy company. I am about to but a bid in and welcome comment from anyone following this stock.
