    Hi Gang

    With a MC of circa 85m, I believed we are extremely undervalued based on the below;

    1) Our existing Nickel project - the market is apportioning zero value to this asset. If the company can do a deal of some sort with a partner for this project, this alone should be worth many tens of millions conservatively IMO

    2) Our existing 1.23m ounce resource is extremely valuable. Assuming gold price of $6,000 AUD/OZ gives a gross realisation of $7.38 billion

    assume $3,000/OZ cost gives a net profit of $3.69 billion

    assume a mine life of approx 15 years gives a net profit of $246 million per annum

    Even applying an ultra conservative gold price of $5,000, it should spit out $164 million per annum

    3) Drilling to date has been successful in finding strong new gold targets outside of the existing resource. If we assume the team can add 500,000 ounces (conservatively) to the existing resource, this will add many tens of millions of dollars of profit per annum

    6) Many specialists are anticipating a large appreciation in the gold price throughout 2026 & beyond - therefore the above figures may end of being blown out of the park (hopefully)

    4) The company is extremely well funded with circa $12m in the bank

    5) Rob, Malcolm and the rest of the team are world class, experienced operators

    I am not going to pretend like I am a resources specialist, I am far from it. However the above are facts that back my opinion/investment in the huge upside that exists in Nordic.
