Nikkei Lower On Bank/Lender Seizure Concerns

Tne Nikkei is off, and Bloomberg Asia have an interesting piece behind this mornings poor sentiment, the possible seizure of ( mostly bank ) compromised lenders.

Enforcement of bankruptcy on some of their hopelessly weak clients can then be preceeded with, for the long overdue clean up. Bullets are unlikey to be bitten otherwise.
