The resolution is all going to hinge on whether or not the ones behind the denial
are ready to capitulate, let the permit move forward.

Given the lack of 'movement' by them over the last 4 years, given how I have observed
how they USE the legal system (filing motions that take time to resolve, filing false claims
that the company has to address, and any challenge they can think of simply to cause a
delay and cost the company money)? I am not sure if giving up on the arbitration actoins
is a good thing. That they should have continued to push it in parallel with a court fight in
    Greenland.

Cause if the ones behind this refuse to give up? And the GOVERMENT is PAYING for their
legal 'actions'? The ones behind it have nothing to lose.

And oh yeah, I am also used to the corrupt eco terrorists and those willing to abuse the rule of law,
using their power to pass 'legislation' that they know will get challenged. But again, the ones
challenging it have to use their time and money to get it overturned/thrown out. But the ones that
passed it, knowing that it violated say the US Constitution or the rule of law, then get to use the
TAXPAYER money and gov't funded lawyers to defend their illegal action.

Which of course, does not go fast. Yep, ETM might have made a mistake in halting the arb pathway.
Unless of course, the court/legal system in Greenland is a lot more efficient than what we have, and
then of course, there is always the concern of the case being assigned to a judge that is NOT IMPARTIAL.
Seeing way too much of that as well as judges are openly declaring their own biases and putting them
    over the rule of law.

    Good luck
