(*) STELLANTIS STLAM.MI The automaker said on Tuesday that it continues to evaluate Tesla's charging standard after Ford Motor F.N and General Motors GM.N said they were adopting it.

(*) TELECOM ITALIA (TIM) TLIT.MI Infrastructure fund F2i has decided to join KKR KKR.N 's bid for TIM's landline grid, according to Il Sole 24 Ore daily, after F2i's head was quoted as saying on Tuesday that the fund is working on the dossier. A rival offer comes from a consortium comprising Italian state lender CDP and Australia's Macquarie (MQG) .

(*) IREN IREE.MI Potential bidders for a 49% stake in Iren's distribution networks unit include asset manager BlackRock BLK.N , Japan's Marubeni 8002.T , Australian fund Igneo, France's EDF Invest EDF.PA and AXA AXAF.PA and fund Arjun, MF daily reported. The paper added that the whole unit's enterprise value is around 800 million euros and that Iren plans to close a deal by the end of the year.

(*) DOVALUE DOVA.MI Investors Fortress and Bain Capital have signed a shareholders' agreement - accounting for 41.9% of doValue's share capital - related to the next appointment of the company's corporate bodies, Italy's biggest bad loan manager said late on Tuesday.

UNIPOL GROUP UNPI.MI , UNIPOLSAI US.MI The Italian insurance group's Chairman Carlo Cimbri said on Tuesday that the rescue plan for troubled life insurer Eurovita was on track.

FERRAGAMO SFER.MI

GM Leather GML.MI and Ferragamo started a collaboration to supply leather to the Italian luxury house, the leather processing and marketing sector company said on Tuesday.
