Pro-Pac Packaging Limited (ASX:PPG) has announced its Chairman Elliott Kaplan will retire after the company’s AGM in November.The packaging manufacturer says Mr Kaplan will remain on the board as a non-executive director.Mr Kaplan says the company has increased and diversified its product and service offering during his period as Chairman.Earlier in the year the company welcomed Mr Ahmed Fahour to the board and now announce that he will take on the role of Chairman.Pro-Pac reported a net profit of $6.1 million in the 2014 financial year.
