    I look at CNU as very heavily controlled by the NZ government, their billing and payout ratios are government determined l understand?
    my issue with CNU has been the consistent ROE well under 10, which is suggestive of a very low growth sector (I know REITs can be low growth too).
    it’s on my radar too

    i really like the storage REIT sector eg NSR but l think that may be best in a SMSF in the pension phase as the yield is a very stable 5%

    - please excuse my typing it is really crap l use voice dictation and that also is awful
