Important for REIT sector to consider at the moment is the debt level and type of tenant they have (i.e. no office buildings).
after divestment company going to have 24.8% gearing... now that much lower then many others in the sector who currently hold more than 30% gearing and cutting down on the divi.
In addition to the gearing company's tenant mix includes the retailer that continued to remained open during COVID ... !
