The directors of AuDAX are pleased to announce that the company has placed 6,315,000 fully paid shares to Newmont Exploration Pty Ltd pursuant to the previously announced option agreement in relation to the Bronzewing South licence.
The shares were issued at 79.1 cents, being a 20% premium to the average of the closing price for the last 20 trading days.
The $5m raised provides Hot Holdings and AuDAX with the funds necessary to conduct exploration over the major portion of the Bronzewing South licence.
