Price Sensitive: Should be? As well as the correction to be published. Nordic Nickel has considered the statement about possible granting without objection as price sensitive. It however appears to be a custom of asx juniors to consider only positive news as price sensitive.

MiningWatch Finland wish to inform Nordic Nickel and its investors and regulators, that it has together with other parties appealed all the six permits of NNL. The decision of one permit “Rööni-Holtti” included a second corrections of decision about area and guarantee sum and fee, this has been also appealed. The last one indicates some problems of competence of the mining authority Tukes.
The appealing was performed in time on November 24 2022 and receipts were obtained in time before closing the office.

The status of the permits can be seen from the map service of the Finnish mining registry.

The gray colour indicates the non-valid permits and there is no “valid until day”. Or comparison, there is the Hotinvaara permit in red, with a valid until day.

Other comments
Publication time: The company states that it has given a price sensitive statement. As the appeal time ended November 24, the December 9 2022 is quite late.

Company indicates in the table of the release December 9 2022 that the grant date would have been November 18 2022. This is incorrect. The decision by the mining authority was given October 18 2022. The status of the permits is not valid because of the appeals.

“The permits were appealed because of multiple problems in environmental andnature protection (great predators birds, locations close to Natura 2000 areas),and the rights the reindeer herders. Pulju project is located in region where is no place for “a new Talvivaara” close to the Ounasjoki Natura 2000. Investors should also check the older geologic data about the non-processable nickel in olivine silicates.”
