    How many 2 cent oil stocks on ASX with $30m market cap have $20m cash in bank, no debt, a multibillion-dollar US joint venture partner, a $65m non dilutionary fully funded drilling budget that is about to be started and a board whose previous listed company was taken over for $2.5B ? Not a bad punt if you ask me with oil going ballistic.
