    Were those conditions extra favorable towards Russia and not really in the best interests of the rest of Europe and Ukraine. ?????

    I guess the fact that Ukraine are promoting the talks somewhat suggests that they are happy to call a ceasefire and negotiate.....?

    I understand also that Ukraine accepts that they have lost land. The people of certain areas have voted to be under Russian rule and protection
