Based on todays prices and at 80% of av. 5 day price, 40 million will get you around $1.2m. Just enough to cover director fees and executive officers for a year.
But who would be mad enough to want equity in this dog. Current shareholders would probably rather jump into a crocodile pit rather stuff more money down this black hole.
