money from indonesian markets

Nobody has mentioned the possibility that the current extraordinary rises in stock market prices could be partly due to removal of money from Indonesia, and placement in markets of more stable countries. There are hugely wealthy people in INdonesia. Would this wealth be enough to affect the other markets, or is it just one of those "time is right" things?
