If you are a fair dinkum share holder (even if you are American), you should be hoping this is the year that shareholders will become informed.
ALL shareholders.
Not just 'special' shareholders of the past, that went to University with the CEO and made 'bank' and not just current 'special' shareholders that are given deals that are conditional on FDA approvals that were designed to make that 'special' shareholder richer. Gordon Gekko said a mouthful, didn't he! Too much is never enough.
As far as I am aware, favoring some shareholders over others, that leads to massive wealth creation for those favored, is not the task of the CEO? Or can someone show me otherwise?
How about the same communication and effort to ALL shareholders? What a novel concept. When did secret meetings with select shareholders become a 'norm'?
We need a real CEO with a real vision and real skillsets. The days of the cleanest bunsen burners are done. A CEO that the market believes and has credibility would be a start!
ALL the BoDs (recent and past) are now mega-loaded. Enough now, hey? Leave something in the trough! Poor Kids....terrible disease. Wow.
