Big volume indeed and very positive to see.
A holder would need approx 150m (5%) of shares on issue to be obliged to report the holding to ASX so unless they were already close to that threshold, the entire volume so far this week still doesn't get close to that.
Regardless, its only a good thing - let's hope the buying interest follows through and we consolidate at higher numbers.
