    That is the North Atlantic current, at the 59 North transect, with the colder water coming up out of the depths, and the slowly cooling since 2008, then starting to get moving since 2012. Estimated Cold AMO is roughly 3 - 5 years away. Note the surface has also been much less warm, with the bigger gaps in between the seasons. No surprise that 2012 was the lowest Sea ice year, and it's slowly started to recover as the cooling started to increase.
