      • Scott Ryan will become Special Minister of State in the Finance Portfolio.
      • Dan Tehan will become the Minister for Defence Personnel, in conjunction with his ongoing role as Minister for Veterans Affairs.
      • Michael McCormack will become the Minister for Small Business, in the Treasury Portfolio.
And in terms of Assistant Ministries:
      • Karen Andrews will become the Assistant Minister for Vocational Education and Skills.
      • Alex Hawke will become the Assistant Minister for Immigration and Border Protection.
      • Keith Pitt will become the Assistant Minister for Trade, Investment and Tourism.
      • Craig Laundy will become the Assistant Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science.
There are three new appointments as Assistant Ministers:
      • Luke Hartsuyker will be appointed Assistant Minister to the Deputy Prime Minister.
      • Zed Seselja will be appointed Assistant Minister for Social Services and Multicultural Affairs.
      • David Gillespie will be appointed Assistant Minister for Rural Health
      Who missed out?

Richard Colbeck, whose seat in the Senate remains in question, has lost his portfolio.

There was speculation Sarah Henderson and Michael Sukkar were in the frame for frontbench roles and Bridget McKenzie had been touted by some for a promotion.
