Dear All,
I have not posted in a while as I have been waiting for the events in Malaysia to unfold and things to settle down. I believe that those who have the long term interests of Lynas at heart should be thinking about the size and structure of the Board of what is soon to be a company with a market cap of some $4Billion.
The Board needs to be enlarged and independent Directors with requisite skill sets and experience found and appointed.
These matters need to be attended to before the forthcoming AGM.
