This has been strongly accumulated from 20c after the copper announcement selloff. Every day its advancing half a cent or so, and the sell Q is looking thin. There's even been a sell bot busy trying to make it look bearish to shake out any weak holders.
I don't know a lot about the fundamentals of this stock, but the trading activity over the past week looks very positive indeed.
