Locals are against mining

Rouyn Gold Project (ADV / Lac Gold) is located about 4 km south of Rouyn-Noranda in Quebec.

Horne 5 Project is also in Rouyn-Noranda — right in/around the same city area (it’s developed around the historic Horne mine site inside the municipal boundaries).

They’re both essentially in the Rouyn-Noranda district — the Rouyn Gold project is a short few kilometres south of the town centre, and Horne 5 is right in the town area.That means the physical distance between the ADV Rouyn project drilling area and the Horne 5 project is likely only a few kilometres apart (on the order of 4–5 km or so), not dozens or hundreds of kilometres.
