Very interesting and encouraging. Buffalo seems to have changed the big development picture a lot more than I had initially read into it with the low development cost and the clearer and faster road to production. Phoenix has been good, but the long time frame and uncertainty I think has kept the share price gains from holding up, I know I was not keen to hold it after the news came out. Now the story has changed and it seems like the market has not caught up with this.

On the negative side I have not seen any sort of risk estimate figures for Buffalo, so I agree maybe it is a bit risky to go it alone, but will let management decide that. It seems like Phoenix is a lot closer to a sure thing, just requires time and resources, so it would maybe be a shame to risk too much on Buffalo, even if a high chance of success, I would rather lose a bit of the profit than put long term phoenix development at risk.

Can't really fault management, nor blame them for the share price. Just wait and see what they think is best. Very encouraging, and hope that maybe the market will catch up on what the Buffalo potential brings to the project. No real need to wait now, the blocks are in place and worth investment. Buy please
