The KDR Scheme Booklet was released this arvo. The report states that there are no known other suitors other than WES. However, they have a month to do so before voting on the TO.
Pretty good info in the independent valuation (KPMG) report in Appendix 1 of the KDR Scheme Booklet. They value KDR between $1.62 and $2.00 per share, which independently validates the WES sale price and suggests that KV alone is greatly undervalued.
