like a beehive at the ponds today

Had a bit of spare time today in Geelong so checked to see how the ponds were shaping up

Workers using the tracked excavator ,4 wheel bucket loader+Komatsu HM300 dump truck had just finished moving the western side of the earth mound (in front of the dams)to re-inforce the Northern wall of the 3 ponds.

The poly pipes have now been connected and finish in the first pond.

A heap of earth has been positioned on the wall just North of where the pipes enter the pond

This may be to prevent the pipes flipping out once under pressure

The HD road grader was floated away late arvo

One worker was checking the level of the pond wall
