life in the u.s.?

Hmm, there's very little excitement on the markets today. The ASX is about as exciting as watching a dung beetle roll its precious little ball of dung down a long, dry & dusty dirt road.

For the sake of those who may be interested however, let me advise I've just purchased a motor vehicle through Ebay. I'm currently residing in Denver Colorado.

As you can see from the pictures, it's a 1986 Nissan 300ZX in very good condition with only 56,000 miles on it. For the majority of its life, only one person owned it, using it only on weekends as a day touring vehicle. Or up to the milk bar on Saturday nights to check out the pretty girls.

Unbelievably the price was just US$3000, with the only problem now being that I have to get it freighted here from New York, which will cost around US$700. If I wasn't working I'd drive it myself.

Yes, cars in the United States are much cheaper than in Australia. Petrol is only about half the price as well. A motorist's heaven. Life in the U.S. isn't half bad, sometimes.
