The trouble with long short funds is that mostly in the medium and long run stockmarkets do actually go up, so making money from shorting, at least during bull markets, is usually harder and riskier than longs.
But they could bounce back quickly. I won't be selling out considering how well they have done over the past 3 yrs with their unlisted fund.
re: URB. Unlisted assets make me very wary.
Also very small market cap and as you correctly said the listed stocks have a very tenuous relationship to the concept of urban renewal.
Too weird.
I expect the discount to NTA to continue.
I will continue to avoid.
