The size of the catchment is 10 or 11 times as large as the lake but a catchment area is mostly land while the size of the lake is all water so the total area of water is much less than 10 times the size of the lake. My guess is that a "multifold" increase is 2 or 3 times the size of the lake alone. Newing's valuation is not based on the one lake alone. The market cap was already factoring in significant new contracts not yet won so you can't expect a multifold increase in the sp on this one new contract.
