IMO, Labor female MPs are equally guilty of the gutting of Aus Post CEO by the PM in Parliament (under parliamentary privilege )
because they sat on their arses and witnessed the PM gut the Aus Post CEO rather than raising a motion to censure the PM.
In this case silence was acceptance.

The PMs gutting the CEO in Parliament was an excellent opportunity for women MPs on both sides of politics
to act but it would seem that the machiavellian tactic of "give him enough rope" and we'll nail the bastard at the next election
seems to have been the reason for remaining mute rather than doing the right thing on the floor of parliament at the time, IMO.
I guess politicians are politicians, whether male, female or in between
