    In regard to ADHD or similar . Here is what I know.

    It can be caused by low Omega 3 oils in your system, or high Omega 6 oils verses Omega 3 ratio.

    For example, Cod liver Oil is really high in long chain Omega 3 and also short chain omega 3 oils, EFAs essential fatty acids, hence the word ESSENTIAL. Meaning if you dont have any Omega 3 in your system it causes panic stations and reactions where you dont know what it is etc or how to get right and centre etc.

    Simply one teaspoon or Table spoon of Cod liver oil in the morning, then drink some water and wash the spoon coz it will stink.

    That Omega 3 will do wonders for anyone with ADHD, ADD or anything like it. Or Salmon, Tuna, Sardines, mackeral etc.

    Another boost, would be just a tuna can, the protien and omega 3 should get the mind working well.

    Cod Liver oil is also very high in Vitimin A and Vitimin D. So if you have A and D covered, and remember you are trying to treat ADHD, So mabe look at Other Vitimins like Vitimin B and C.

    Vitimin B from Vegimite or other similar Spreads or Lentil beans or Steak, Vitimin C from Either Rose Hip Powder or Citris fruits.

    Potassium from Bannanas, magnesium from Flaxmeal.

    For anyone that gets super angry and wants a instant way to snap out of it, the answer is Clary Sage Oil.

    Clary Sage Oil from health food store, all you need is to smell it, and it instantly lowers the mad angry chemicals in the Brain and raises the happy Chemicals.

    Clary Sage Oil is named after Cleo patra, because it smeels like perfume, so fellas dont get it on your clothes if your going out of the house, Just open the lid and sniff it, as it Blocks all the mad crazy chemicals in the brain and boosts the good ositive chemicals.

    For a Brain dopamine boost, Cocoa , just a hot cocoa does that.

    But the Main game changer is make sure your getting Omega 3 oils, another great source is Flax seed Oil as that balances out the omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega 9 oils in the Body, and thats the silver Bullet most ae looking for. Health food store for Flaxseed oil, sold by the litre for 10 bucks. Cod liver oil is cheap too, But dont take both the same time. Or swap each day.

    When taking oils as a supplement, ya gotta have a high fibre diet so Flax meal or grated Carrot will serve that .

    Just break it down., Carrots for Vitimin A, Citris for C, Mushrooms for B, Sun for D, Flaxmeal for E.

    Google it all, or take a Multi Vit, eat well and trade well.

    As for good algo system tips I may post some ideas another day.
