    If you read SMSystems quarterly report, dated 31 October 2016, you should note the following paragraph.

    "Currently, we are informed that the pre-requisite approvals from the key regulators, including the FAA, will be finalized in 2017, commencing as early as Q1."

    The comment made, that an agreement could be signed before Christmas, would appear to have been overly optimistic & somewhat jumping the gun.

    It is quite possible, that it may take the full quarter to fulfill all necessary requirements before a contract is finally signed. They did say approvals will be finalized in 2017 but COMMENCING as early as Q1.

    The final deal may not be settled until the latter part of Q2 which may frustrate many shareholders but at least it should eventually be finalized. Even if the current negotiations break down, there would be others willing to take their place so there is no need to panic. A deal will eventually be done & those shareholders who have sold out will be regretting their impatience.
