Er . . probably not. Firstly, the sale is insignificant, secondly, JT has made similar sales in the past, never with any apparent foresight. Even MDs need to buy things from time to time, specially around Christmas.
Agreed, it is always slightly unsettling to see a director selling; at the very most one could, perhaps, say that it indicates that there won't be any positive announcements between now and settlement day.
