Just after the market closed today, two new shocking reports came out -- JP Morgan bank announced it's getting hit with a huge $1.4 billion in loan losses. And Oracle slashed its earnings forecasts by 33%.
Already, as I write this, the Dow is down another 65 points in after hours trading. That makes today's decline in the Dow a total of nearly 237 points. When foreign investors wake up in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Paris, Frankfurt and London and get a hold of this news, they're going to run for cover and dump stocks like there's no tomorrow.
I expect the Dow will get hit for another 100 points or so overnight. By the time we wake up tomorrow morning here in the US, who knows, the Dow could be down another 100, 150, perhaps even 200 points or more -- before it even opens for trading in New York.
