Obviously the Doc knows what the JORC is, possibly getting Ashmore to simply hold onto it until it suits the Doc to release it.
As we all know you can't on the one hand tell us we have seven years of production and at the same time claim there is no JORC.
To be able to come to a conclusion of seven years of production you must by default know the JORC.
