Marinate four serving of thick fish fillets or other meat chicken or seafood, for at least four hour, in the following:
3 tablespoons white miso
2 tablespoons mirin
2 tablespoons lemon or orange juice
1 tablespoons grapefruit juice
1 tablespoons sake
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger juice
Barbecue on the charcoal webber, on banana leaves cook paper or foil
No need to turn the fish
Baste with the sauce occasionally
