IMO once the spud date is set and funding done the brakes will come off.
This sounds like tinfoilhat stuff but these insto's have a knack of sitting on the sp until they get their CR shares. They want the VWAP as low as possible.
I think it was Cman who showed the insto's have been buying and retail selling,
Follow the money.
End of the day, when all said and done, IF you believe the sp will be at least double today's prior to spud, as I do, then the rest is noise.

I can't imagine a spud date without an exact location. And I thought the location would be formally announced post seismic. Happy to be wrong but I don't expect the spud date for quite a while. Either way, April is a pretty good estimate. I'm quite content that is detailed enough for the moment.
