@Davyboy .. you keep relying on one piece of the picture, that is a private company, not associated with the Royals, despite IVZ themselves clearly indicating AMH are with the statement by IVZ on 27th/8/25 ....
"AMH led by His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Jabor bin Jassim Al Thani of Qatar", which means if you really did the research necessary, instead of just believing what you want to believe in, you'd come to understand the situation..

Just going through a general more intense FIRB process, was never a deal breaker, it just takes longer and should have always been allowed for, way back when they formed the JV company. They, as in both sides, had 5 months between when the JV company was registered in March 5th, if others that did the research are believable, and the 27th August date of the announcement. Why didn't they just complete all the governance frameworks back then, and get the appropriate applications to regulatory bodies in straight away!!

It would have all be .done ,dusted, neat, cash in the bank sometime very soon if not already!! What were they all doing, playing tiddlywinks instead of getting the 'governance framework sorted quickly??
