My answers below for what they are worth.
1. Yes, but Scott and lake will lose their performance rights and cash.
2.Possibly, but likely a discount nearly always are.
3-4. I have faith the largest shareholder, Scott, will do what is best either way. A very good farm out could have a very positive effect and bring new investors to IVZ. I believe we will do a farm in but at a smaller WI. Scott has stated that they will likely be operator so the work load will increase either way.
5. They need to train local staff and build a camp. I imagine we will get an announcement once it begins.
